SERVIAUTO GASOLINA Y DIESEL S. A. S

Buen servucio

My experience with ServiAuto Gasolina&Diesel in Neiva was really great. I had to stop with my camper because of an issue with the control arm on my German vehicle. Alberto and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful from the start. The diagnosis was quick and spot on. They then managed to custom-make the required part by the next day (not a minor challenge, since parts for a German vehicle are hard to come by) and installed everything super quickly and professionally. They even improved the wheel camber—something no other workshop had managed to fix on my trip from Alaska to Columbia so far. My travel companion and I were also allowed to stay overnight with the camper and use the facilities, which we really appreciated. After the repair, the car drives soooo much better again. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend ServiAuto Gasolina&Diesel - absolutely competent, fast, and genuinely kind people. A huge thank you to Alberto and the entire team!!!!

Outstanding service from the team here! We are overlanding the Pan American Highway and needed a few things fixed, so we called in. The team was attentive, fast, friendly, and excellent at handling our repairs. We truly appreciated their help as non-Spanish-speaking travers.
